The HICAP Merger & Acquisition of the Year Award recognizes an acquisition of a controlling stake in a portfolio of hotels, company, or brand ownership entity in Asia Pacific or undertaken by an Asian-based company between 1 September 2025 and 31 August 2026. M&A nominations are reviewed by the HICAP Merger & Acquisition of the Year Award Committee to determine three finalists. The finalist information is then reviewed and voted on by delegates of HICAP to determine the winner, who will be announced at HICAP.

Nomination forms are due by Monday, 31 August 2026.
