Contact information you provide will be used to create the delegate roster, will be shared with the sponsors to facilitate networking, and will be used by the organizers to inform you about this Conference, other events and related information.  If you do not wish this information shared, please notify us in writing when you submit your registration information.

Payment must be received for your registration to be confirmed.  If registering two (2) weeks or less prior to the start of the Conference, you must submit your credit card information as payment.

Registration includes admittance to Conference sessions, documentation, refreshment breaks, luncheons, exhibits and receptions as indicated in the program. A roster of delegates will be available at the Conference. Travel and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the delegate. 

Partial Registrations or Group Rates are not available. Guests and Spouses are not allowed into Conference events or receptions without registering and paying the registration fee in force at the time of registration.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS and TRANSFERS (Please Read Carefully).

Cancellations are by written request from the registered delegate only and apply to the policy in effect on the date the request is received in the HICAP Registration Department. Cancellations received on or before 30 September 2008 are refundable less a USD$200 per person processing fee. Cancellations received after 30 September 2008 are non-refundable.  Transfers are by written request from the registered delegate only and apply to the policy in effect on the date the request is received in the HICAP Registration Department. Registrations are transferable on or before 30 September 2008 with no transfer fees incurred. After 30 September 2008, registrations are transferable for a fee of USD$200 per transfer. Should any balance remain unpaid, the delegate agrees to pay costs incurred for collection.

If any part or all of the event is changed or cancelled, the Conference hosts are not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or any other costs of the attendee.  Speakers, agenda, networking and other Conference events are subject to change without notice.
