Tony Ryan has over 27 years experience providing commercial and legal services to the real estate and hotel & tourism industries.
In 1992, Tony established Australia’s first integrated tourism and hospitality legal practice in Australia.
Tony provides strategic and practical advice, assisting Australian and international companies to expand locally and overseas by acquiring, financing and disposing of assets and corporate entities.
Ryan Lawyers was established in 2004 and will launch an office in Singapore in March 2012. Having a presence in Singapore will provide a stronger platform to support the firm’s clients in the Asia Pacific region.
Tony is the retained solicitor and adviser for the Property Council of Australia and Tourism & Transport Forum Australia, peak bodies for the property and tourism industries.
Tony is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Hotel School, Cornell University, New York, USA and holds a degree in law from the University of Sydney.
